I’m a full-time employed mum with little or no time for a lavish home-cooked meals. Am sure most of us working mums are the same. I will share ideas for easy home-cooked meals, one day at a time. Instead of recipes, I prefer to indicate ideas as some recipes may not be my own. Do expect a collection of healthy and simple meals with short preparation time i.e. 20 to 30 minutes, on this blog site. By my definition, preparation time includes cleaning and cutting of ingredients and cooking time. As I also have special meal restrictions i.e. no meat from cattle/cow and goat/sheep (you get it), therefore those who have the same inclination will find this blog extremely useful.

There are so many cooking blogs, I will also share them on my blog with credits, as part of our meal planning ideas. Just say I browse the net to select the recipes, so you don’t have to.
