3 big stalks celery, peeled and diced
1 granny smith apple, skinned and diced
2 tablespoon salt
1 litre water
1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons raisins
- Make a light brine with the salt and water. Soaked the diced celery and apples for 1 minute before draining. Do your best to drain the brine off as much as possible.
- Throw in the raisins and start tossing away.
As simple as A-B… without the C. I served mine with some crispy chicken nuggets, how about you?
